GREG DAVIS joins the company as Director of Distillery Operations. Davis comes to Maker’s Mark with extensive experience in the bourbon industry – having most recently served as Master Distiller at the Tom Moore Distillery (formerly Barton’s) for the past 1O years. During that time, Davis was instrumental in driving innovations and efficiency improvements in their operations. In addition to being a Master Distiller, Davis is also a Brew Master and worked for several years at the Bohannon Brewery where he led many of their innovation. He has also worked in research and development for Brown-Forman where he was responsible for processing and developing fermentable products, yeast selection and maturation of some of their select bourbon brands.
