OUZO LOUKATOS - This new release is made in the foothills of Mount Panachaikon, one of the most famous Ouzo producing regions in Greece.  To create Ouzo Loukatos, Greek fennel, anise, coriander and mastic are used in a slow infusion process that takes a minimum of ten days.  Once infused it is distilled in an artisanal small batch pot still before it is sweetened with pure sugar, filtered and bottled.  Suggested retail is $14.99 per 75Oml.  Available from Burke Distributing.
