KAI VODKA
Distilled in Vietnam from the rare highly prized yellow-blossom variety of rice, this new small batch vodka is available in Original and Lychee flavors.  The name “kai” accentuates the positive in cultures throughout Asia, translating as “pleasure” in Japanese and “happy gathering” in Chinese.  KAI retains an age-old fermentation process prior to a multi-step distillation technique.  The Original exhibits a delicate bouquet, with hints of spice, vanilla and tropical aromas. The Lychee has a sweet, rich flavor – smooth, complex and perfumed with notes of spice, rose and honey.  Both varieties retail for $3O.
