is partnering with celebrity chef Michael Symon to showcase the beer’s compatibility with food.  A 2OO9 James Beard Foundation Award recipient Michael Symon can be seen regularly on the Food Network’s “Iron Chef America” program, of which he was a past winner.  In addition, Chef Symon previously served as the host of the Food Network’s “Dinner: Impossible” and “The Melting Pot”, and has made numerous appearances on various cooking shows of the network.  In his latest endeavor with Pilsner Urquell, Chef Symon will highlight how matching food with appropriate beer is a great way to enhance the dining experience.  As part of his efforts, he has created original recipes that specifically pair with the bittersweet, full-bodied taste of Pilsner Urquell. This summer, Symon’s name and likeness and his original recipes will be featured in retail displays.
