ANHEUSER-BUSCH INBEV

 - Dave Peacock has resigned as president from Anheuser-Busch InBev.  The move is viewed as one of the final steps of the brewery’s transition to new ownership.  Peacock plans to remain an adviser to the company but wants to do something else while he’s still young enough to do so.  In leaving, according to regulatory filings, Peacock appears to be walking away from stock options worth roughly $28 million.  His departure comes three years into [...] Read More »
