PINOT NOIR IN A CAN

WINE PRICES RISE IN FRANCE

FRENCH BULK WINE prices are rising as the outlook for the 2O13 vintage deteriorates, crop office data show, with the government cutting its forecast for volumes for a fourth time in recent weeks because of grape rot.
