Heineken to acquire Romanian brewer Bere Mures
Without disclosing financial terms, Heineken NV said it has agreed to buy Romanian brewer Bere Mures. Having 4OO employees, Bere Mures sold 1.2 million hectoliters of beer in 2OO7, including “Neumarkt”, one of the country’s most popular beers, and the smaller “Dracula” brand.
