BUFFALO TRACE SINGLE OAK PROJECT BOURBON

 – The sixth round of ongoing releases in this Buffalo Trace project is known as the 1O5 Proof Warehouse L Release.  As the moniker indicates, all the bourbons were aged in Warehouse L and entered into the barrel at 1O5 proof.  This release focuses on three variables: the recipe, rye vs. wheat; the char level, a number three vs. a number four char; and wood grain size, tight, average, or coarse.  Quantities are very limited.  [...] Read More »
