KENWOOD VINEYARDS 2O1O RUSSIAN RIVER VALLEY PINOT GRIS and 2O1O SONOMA COUNTY CHARDONNAY

This Pinot Gris’ forward aromas combine pineapple, papaya and lemon with a hint of almond.  Lithe, refreshing lemon and pineapple flavors segue into a bright note of lime in the dry finish.  Suggested retail is $16.  The Chardonnay showcases aromas of red and green apple, butter and vanilla, together with a subtle nutmeg accent.  Apple, lemon and toasty oak dominate the medium-bodied flavors.  Suggested retail is $14.  Both wines are available from Horizon Beverage Company. VALLEY OF THE MOON 2OO8 SONOMA SANGIOVESE and 2O1O SONOMA ROSATO DI SANGIOVESE
