Pernod Ricard Creates New England Business Unit

Pernod Ricard USA announced a realignment of its Northeast Business Unit, effective January 1. As part of this restructuring, the company has created the New England Business Unit, including Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine, which is now part of the Control Division. Winebow's New Owners

New Jersey-based Winebow has announced that they have a new majority owner, Brazos Private Equity of Dallas. The deal involved the transfer of ownership from private equity firm, Freeman Spogli & Co., Winebow’s majority shareholder since 2004, to Brazos.
